How to apply for membership:-

Men
should submit name to Office and name will be added to the Reserve Waiting List. Application form will be issued when a place becomes available on the Waiting List.

Ladies, Seniors and Juniors
should apply to Office for application form before the end of October for intake on 1st January.

Current Policy on Waiting List
The Gents' Waiting List is kept at 100 names, but there is a Reserve Waiting List in operation. A deposit (£20) is only necessary on reaching the Waiting List proper.
1. Strictly chronological on a first come, first served basis.
2. No concessions as regards handicap, residence or relationships.
3. Junior membership restricted to a) local resident and/or b) either parent being a member.
4. Juniors must be admitted before 16th birthday otherwise they join the Waiting List.
5. No concessions for former members but entry fee not required.
6. Non-playing membership restricted to former full members or spouses of members.
7. Intake for Ladies, Juniors and Non-playing - Nov/Dec.
8. Intake for Men -  February.

Country Membership
Full members of the club who move outwith 100 miles of Cruden Bay may be transferred to Country Membership, under certain conditions that the Council may from time to time determine.
Playing Rights
A Country Member may compete in Club Competitions as provided by Council and may introduce six guests a year.
Other Rights
A Country Member has full use of the Club's social facilities but is not entitled to receive notice of or to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Club. A Country Member may be reinstated as a Full Member on moving back within the specified radius.

Overseas Membership
Persons resident overseas may be admitted as Overseas Members under such conditions that the Council may from time to time determine.
Playing Rights
An Overseas Member may compete in Club Competitions as provided by Council and may introduce six guests per year. An Overseas Member must not be resident in the UK for more than three weeks per annum.
Other Rights
An Overseas Member has full use of the Club's social facilities but is not entitled to receive notice of or to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Club.
